In the Church of England, you are able to receive the Holy Sacrament if you have been Confirmed as a full member.  See more about Confirmation in the CofE website.  

“At present, full participation in (the Holy Communion) is restricted to those who are confirmed members of the Church of England or who, being baptised in the Name of Father, Son and Holy Spirit, are communicant members of denominations with which the Church of England is in full communion.” 

You do not have to be confirmed in order to attend our church services
