Prayer for the Week
God, our refuge and strength, bring near the day when wars shall cease and poverty and pain shall end, that earth may know the peace of heaven through Jesus Christ our Lord.
Amen
Embrace the Middle East
We continue to hold Israel, Gaza and the West Bank (including East Jerusalem) in our prayers.
Embrace the Middle East: a prayer for peace, justice and equity
O God of all justice and peace, we cry out to you in the midst of the pain and the trauma of violence and fear which prevails in the Holy Land. We pray for people of all faiths, Jews, Muslims and Christians, and for all people of the land. Guide us into your kingdom, where all people are treated with dignity and honour as your children. For to all of us, you are our Heavenly Father. By Hosam Naoum, Archbishop of Jerusalem (abridged)

We are the family of Immanuel. We thank you for the fellowship, friendship, and love that we share in this Church.
We pray for the whole community of Highters Heath as we seek to serve them both spiritually and practically. Our door is open, and the table set for those searching to know the gospel of love and forgiveness that we strive to live.
May we always remember through days and lifetimes, that you are Immanuel – God with Us. Amen
